RMCI was incorporated in August 2003, filed its application with the IFSRA in April 2004 and obtained its authorisation on December 8th, 2005. We started operations on March 15, 2006. The promoters set up RMCI in order to assist the self-employed and small businesses in the aftermath of the difficult conditions that prevailed during 2001 to 2003 when premiums were escalating at an alarming rate and quotations were difficult, if not impossible to obtain. The founding shareholders of RMCI decided to incorporate their own Management Company with a view towards providing a professional alternative to the self-employed and small to medium sized businesses that are looking for quotations, predominantly in the property / liability area.

MANAGEMENT
All Shareholders and/or Directors of RMCI have been self-employed or have had their own, successful, business for over 15 years. Our two insurance experts, Ms. Sandra Bradley and Mr. Pieter Vlasbloem, have had successful careers in the insurance and reinsurance industry for over 30 years each. All Shareholders and/or Directors have many years of experience and are well respected in their own fields, being financial consultancy, construction business, accountancy and insurance. They all carry the burden of wisdom that comes with age ( each one is over 50 years young) and will, therefore, be able to provide invaluable support to the operation.
